Are my details secure?

We take the online safety of our customers very seriously. Your browser will go into secure mode as soon as you access "Your basket". As we don't take any payment details on this website, shopping on Argos.ie is very safe.

Is my item in stock?

You can save time by checking stock at your local store. Click the drop down menu on the product page beside 'Check stock in your area ' to choose your favourite store. Click 'Go' and we'll confirm stock availability at that store. Simply click on 'Buy or Reserve' then 'Reserve' on your desired store pickup. Enter your details and click 'Reservation'. An email / text will be sent to you confirming your reservation and dates to be collected.

How can I check latest prices?

As part of our commitment to low prices, we check prices every week and drop hundreds every month! If you reserve an item, the price you pay in-store is the price you reserved the item at.

How can I check latest deals and special offers?

Special offers are displayed in red under items, e.g. 2 for 20. If you reserve an item, the price you pay in-store is the price you reserved the item at.

Can I purchase Argos Gift Cards online?

Gift Cards and eGift Cards can now be ordered online. Click here to receive Gift Cards through the post, or here for eGift Cards through email. Alternatively, you can also purchase them in-store.

All our Gift Cards can only be redeemed in-store.

How can I pay for my purchases?

You can pay using cash, as well as: Argos Gift Cards, Argos eGift Card, Bonusbonds, One4all, Laser cards, American Express, MasterCard and Visa.

Can I use gift vouchers or an Argos Gift Card online?

Gift vouchers or gift cards cannot be redeemed online at present but if you reserve for store pick up, you can use them to pay when collecting your item(s) in-store.

Can I add to an existing reservation?

You can go back and add more items to your basket until you complete your reservation. Once your reservation is confirmed, you cannot add items to the same reservation.

How do I know my reservation has been received?

Once you've made your purchase, you'll see an acknowledgment on the screen with a reference number. You can also request an email confirmation. Please take a copy of this reference number when you collect your items.

Where is my nearest Argos store?

Can I order for home delivery?

Home delivery is available on selected large items that require two man deliveries, you can also call in to any Argos store to place any order.

Can I specify a delivery date?

Yes, for most items. If you have a preferred delivery date, please select it when placing your order. You can specify a delivery address different from your home or main contact address, if more convenient.

How can I get a V.A.T receipt?

We can only send you a VAT receipt once the 16-day money back guarantee for the product(s) you have purchased has expired. In order to receive such a receipt, please email us at order.enquiries@argos.co.uk, including your order number.

Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?

When will my order be delivered?

Most orders are delivered within 48 hours (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).

Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm and we will need a signature at the time of delivery. Next day and Saturday delivery may also be available. Saturday deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm. Adult bikes and large screen TVs are usually delivered within 7 working days (not including weekends).

Larger items are usually delivered 14 days from receipt of order. We aim to deliver washing machines and other large kitchen appliances within 10 days. Again, we will contact you to confirm a delivery date.
