Our home delivery service is still available. Any small items (like kettles or toasters) chosen for home delivery, will be delivered up to 7 days. For larger, 2-person deliveries, our lead time is up to 9 days, depending on availability. Our friendly drivers will contact you on the day to discuss delivering your order safely. If you're self-isolating, please let us know so we can rearrange your delivery date.
Please note that due to high demand our delivery lead time may be longer than usual. Please bear with us, we'll get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

Is my item in stock?
You can save time by checking stock at your local store. Click the drop down menu on the product page beside 'Check stock in your area ' to choose your favourite store. Click 'Go' and we'll confirm stock availability at that store. Simply click on 'Buy or Reserve' then 'Reserve' on your desired store pickup. Enter your details and click 'Reservation'. An email / text will be sent to you confirming your reservation and dates to be collected.
How can I check latest prices?
As part of our commitment to low prices, we check prices every week and drop hundreds every month! If you reserve an item, the price you pay in-store is the price you reserved the item at.
How can I check latest deals and special offers?
Special offers are displayed in red under items, e.g. 2 for 20. If you reserve an item, the price you pay in-store is the price you reserved the item at.
Can I use gift vouchers or an Argos Gift Card online?
Gift vouchers or gift cards cannot be redeemed online at present but if you reserve for store pick up, you can use them to pay when collecting your item(s) in-store.
Can I purchase Argos Gift Cards online?
Gift Cards and eGift Cards can now be ordered online. Click here to receive Gift Cards through the post, or here for eGift Cards through email. Alternatively, you can also purchase them in-store.

How can I pay for my purchases?
We accept lots of different payment methods online and in-store. For more information on which ones you can use whilst shopping, visit our payment types page.
If you are a business, you can use your Business Account card for your purchases. For more information on this, please click here.
How can I get a V.A.T receipt?
If you need a VAT receipt and your order number begins with '700' please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For everything else, you will need to return to store with your receipt for your VAT receipt.
How do I know my reservation has been received?
Once you've made your purchase, you'll see an acknowledgment on the screen with a reference number. You can also request an email confirmation. Please take a copy of this reference number when you collect your items.
Can I add to an existing reservation?
You can go back and add more items to your basket until you complete your reservation. Once your reservation is confirmed, you cannot add items to the same reservation.

Home delivery is available on many items, big and small. Simply choose home delivery as an option when you get to the checkout.Find out more

Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes, for most large items, you'll be given a choice of delivery dates when you place your order.
What is the length of expiry for Gift Cards purchased from Argos?
All Gift Cards purchased from Argos in the Republic of Ireland have a 5 year expiry. This includes both Argos Gift Cards and all other gift cards sold by Argos.
What if I order both large and small items for delivery?
If you order small and large items together they are still likely to be delivered separately. Don't worry, you will only have to pay one delivery charge. For more information, check your order confirmation email.
