Key exclusions

Loss, cosmetic and deliberate damage. The cost of replacing any consumables or accessories other than those originally provided with your product. Theft or attempted theft of appliances. For mobile phones €150 and over, an excess of €30, €60, €80 or €100 depending on the price range or the product. For mobile phones only, theft without force, including pickpocketing.

This insurance policy is designed to meet the demands and needs of those who wish to insure their electronic appliances and/or household goods against accidental damage and breakdown, or their mobile phones from accidental damage, breakdown and theft with force or break-in.

Still not quite sure if you want Argos Monthly Care? You've got 45 days from the date you buy your item to get that extra reassurance.

All you need to do is pop into your local store with your receipt and one of our friendly colleagues will be happy to help. You can buy it right then and there and you'll be covered right away. It's that easy!

How to claim

Just give us a call on 1800 911 721 (lines are open from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week) and have your policy number and postcode handy.

In the unfortunate event that your mobile phone has been stolen, please report the incident to the Garda immediately and request a Crime Reference Number. Then you just need to call us on 1800 911 721 to make a claim. Please be aware that for mobile phones €150 and over, there will be an excess of €30, €60, €80 or €100 depending on the price range of the product.
