The safety of our customers and colleagues is paramount, and we have made the necessary changes to continue to trade safely whilst offering the best service to our customers. Please continue to wear a face covering if you can when visiting stores.
Our home delivery service is still available. Any small items (like kettles or toasters) chosen for home delivery, will be delivered the next working day if ordered before 2pm Monday-Thursday. For larger, 2-person deliveries, our lead time is up to 9 days, depending on availability. Our friendly drivers will contact you on the day to discuss delivering your order safely. If you're self-isolating, please let us know so we can rearrange your delivery date.
