Argos Limited ("Argos") a company incorporated in England, is a member of the Home Retail Group ("the Group"). The Group ("we","us") includes Argos Limited, Home Retail Group Card Services Limited, Home Retail Group Personal Loans Limited, Home Retail Group Insurance Services Limited, Homebase Limited and their associated companies from time to time. 1. When you use this site some of our services may require further details, for example, when using the Check and Reserve Services, this may require further information in order for us to contact you when your goods are ready to collect in store.

6. If you are purchasing a television from us, please note that the Wireless Telegraphy Act (1972) requires us to notify the An Post within 28 days of each transaction, giving full details of the buyer.

How can I get my name removed from the Argos mailing list?
If you want to be removed from our mailing list, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the word 'remove' in the subject line and the email address that you wish to be removed within the email. Please note that it may take up to 28 days to action your request. In addition, each electronic mailing we send you will contain details of how you can un-subscribe.
