Our delivery services
Some products are too big to be kept in store and are only available through our 2 man delivery service. Any item marked 'Home delivery only' or 'only available to order in store for home delivery' can be ordered for home delivery.
How to Order
For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, just get your catalogue numbers, full delivery address, daytime contact number and payment details ready, then either order:
- In Store: Pop into your nearest store, go to any till point and ask for home delivery
- By phone - Call 1800 535 091 (or from mobiles 0152 45387).
Lines open 8am-8pm Monday- Friday, 9am-6pm Saturday - Sunday.

How much does delivery cost?

How soon will I get it?
Our expected delivery lead times are clearly shown in the catalogue, which will usually be either within 10, 14, or 28 days.

We'll do our best to get your products to you within the times above but it can depend on where you live and what's in stock. When you order, either in-store or by phone you will be given details of your delivery order number and we will call you to arrange a delivery date.
Delivery Times
We usually deliver Monday - Friday (7.00am - 6pm) however for deliveries in County Dublin we can normally offer a morning (7.30am - 1pm) or afternoon slot (12pm - 6pm)
Call ahead service
On your delivery day our 2 man delivery team service will call ahead so you know when to expect your delivery (unless it's an early morning delivery).
Right to your room
As an added bonus, we'll deliver to any room, provided drivers do not feel there are any health and safety issues such as a staircase which is too narrow or there is a danger of damage to the customer's property.
Collection of old appliances
In accordance with the WEEE Directive we can collect your old appliances for free. If you would like us to arrange this, you must let us know when you place your order in-store or on the phone.
