How can I get more information about a product featured online or in the Argos catalogue?

Most products featured in the Argos catalogue can be found on this website. However, products that are exclusive to the Republic of Ireland or the UK as well as certain electrical and electronic items are not available on this website at present.

Why can't I find all electrical products on this website?

Some electrical and electronic items that can be found in the Argos catalogue are not available on this website at present. We are currently updating our systems to ensure we comply with the legislation on waste electrical & electronic equipment. Please bear with us while we continue to develop and extend our online range. In the meantime, you can find our complete range of electricals in the catalogue or in your local store.

How can I check latest prices?

As part of our commitment to low prices, we check prices every week and drop hundreds every month! With so many great deals, you might find that many items are cheaper than you thought! Luckily, Argos.ie always has the latest prices. Wherever you see a price advertised on this website, you can be sure it is the latest price available.

Please note that prices can change on a daily basis. If you reserve an item for store pick up using our Check & Reserve service, the price you pay is the price in-store on the day you collect & pay for the item.

How can I check latest deals and special offers?

Although special offers like 'Buy one get one free' are not displayed on this website, Argos.ie will always show the latest prices and price cuts. When you reserve items for store pick up, the price you pay is the price in store on the day you collect your items. If an item you've reserved is on special offer on the day you collect it in store, this special offer should be offered to you by our in-store personnel when you pay for your items. Can I check stock at my local store?

You can save time by checking stock at your local store before you leave home. Just add all items you wish to check to your basket by clicking 'check stock and reserve' next to each product. Then select your favourite store from the drop down menu, click 'check stock' and we'll confirm stock availability at that store. Why not go a step further and avoid a wasted trip to the store by making sure the items are reserved for you! Once we’ve confirmed stock availability, simply click on ‘reserve now’ to reserve the items at your chosen store. See Check & Reserve for more information.

Can I reserve products and collect them at my local store?

Yes, you can save time by reserving products before you leave home, either online or over the phone. See Check & Reserve for more details.

How do I know if my reservation has been received?

Upon receipt of your reservation, a Reservation Acknowledgement screen will be generated, issuing a reference number. You can also request to be sent an email confirming this reference number. Please print out or make note of this reference number and take it to the store when you collect your items.

Can I add to an existing reservation?

You can go back and add more items to your basket until you complete your reservation. Once your reservation is confirmed, you cannot add items to the same reservation but can place another reservation for collection on the same day.

How can I pay for my purchases?

If you place a reservation online or over the phone, you only have to pay in-store when you collect the items. You can pay using cash, as well as any of these methods: Argos gift vouchers, Argos Gift Cards, Bonusbonds, Laser cards, Maxol cards, American Express, MasterCard and Visa.

Gift vouchers or Gift Cards cannot be redeemed online at present but if you reserve for store pick up, you can use them to pay when collecting your item(s) in-store.

At Argos, we take security very seriously and make shopping online as safe as shopping in any of our stores.
